“The therapists here are excellent and the quality of care is top-notch. However, the check-in process leaves something to be desired. Completing the online check-in prior to arrival, only to be required to check in again at the front desk upon arrival, feels redundant and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, the pre-appointment intake survey feels counterproductive — the topics it covers are largely the same issues I’m actively coming in to address with my therapist, making it feel like busywork rather than a meaningful step in the process. I’d also note that charges are applied to the card on file very quickly following an appointment, which can catch you off guard if you’re not expecting it. A bit more transparency or a brief delay in billing would go a long way in improving the overall client experience. With some adjustments to the administrative side of things, this practice could be as outstanding as the therapeutic care it provides”
