“The front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. We have been lied to multiple times. If it weren't for the actual medical professional we work with my family would leave. Unless you are already a patient here, I would highly recommend looking for care else where. I have never dealt with a lack a professionalism like I have here. Even our provider seemed upset when we shared our experience. Update: Spencer reached out to me directly initially telling me I was being removed from the practice after leaving this review. After continued discussion I believe he understood where my frustration was coming from and suggested a way we could stay, while no longer having to interact with Jessica. I am hopeful that my issue will be resolved and we can continue to work with Tara as she has been fantastic in caring for myself and my family. Second update: apparently the situation wasn't resolved. My wife was removed from the practice via an email 15 minutes before I met with Tara. When we called Spencer was unable to give a reason other than a negative Google review. Our interactions with the admin team continue to be unprofessional. We are removing ourselves from the practice as the front desk team has made it clear we are not welcome. We will miss working with Tara as she has been fantastic, but I cannot continue to trust the health and welfare of my child with a practice that will allow Jessica at the front desk to do everything possible to deny care to people in need. If you are looking for care for your children this is obviously not the place.”

“Edit: See the semi-dox....they didn't follow their own protocol. I received a warning letter for swearing once, which I apologized for, and they termed me over my original review. That's definitely not in the paperwork! See the lack of accountability? Look at all their responses. Nowhere in the paper does it say you can be removed as a patient for a Google review. They were mad because I called them petty in my last review....go peruse the comments and see for yourself. I deleted my prior review, because we have an update. This practice has fantastic therapists, but the Fr nt desk staff is very rude, and they retaliate. I was removed from the practice for leaving a Google review. Know they CAN and WILL deny service to you on a whim. The communication is abysmal, and they lie. We asked Jessica for a HIPAA waiver multiple times over the course of a year. It was never sent physically, through text, or email. We also did not receive bills, and they will just flat out cancel your appointment if you aren't aware you owe anything. They even had the wrong insurance for my child for 6 months, then tried to act like it was our fault. Jessica lies, and spencer the office manager covers for her. Look at all the other bad reviews. They're ALL about the front desk. They will not hold themselves responsible for anything. This office will kill people if it continues this way. I know they'll basically attempt to gentle dox me in the comments, just watch. Look at their responses to other bad reviews. No accountability. Do not trust this office, especially with your child's care.”

“Worst mental health provider in the state of Colorado. They paired me with a Jamaican lady who could barely speak any english. Every phone call she told me I was a lion and I needed to keep fighting!? What type of therapy is that? My last visit was in July of 2025. They just sent me a bill in January of 2026 saying they were unable to charge my insurance. So here I am stuck with an invoice to pay 6 months later. Billing department is incompetent. They need to get doctors who have better English.”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Alison Schmitt for several months now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and truly excellent at her job. She takes the time to really listen and understand my concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and always makes sure I feel heard and supported. When we discuss medication options, she’s clear and transparent—explaining how they work, outlining potential side effects, and making sure I’m comfortable with any decisions. What really stands out is how much she cares about her patients’ overall well-being, including the financial aspect of care. She’s offered helpful suggestions and solutions to minimize costs, which I really appreciate. I’ve had a wonderful experience with her and feel very confident in the care I’m receiving.”
