“Nice people working at Highlands Ranch location but administratively, Family Care Centers are lacking. Made multiple phone calls to Billing department (in Dallas) went unanswered over a long period of time... I also sent 2 emails. I'd spoken to someone there 6 weeks ago who said she'd call me back but never did. They charged me a $50 no show fee despite me leaving a message to cancel an appt over 72 hours (3 days) prior. Then, a couple of weeks later, their provider cancelled my son's appointment but didn't bother to notify us... just told us it was cancelled when we arrived.”
