“Well, they exist, an people frequently need help over no help so.... that's a plus? These guys have horrible turnover and it affects everyone. No "modern" psychological service is adequate at this point, for reasons I can't define easily. Somehow psych services have turned into a for-profit industry, just like dentistry, inserting very expensive middle layers of bureaucracy and even more expensive layers of "executive management" which has never been needed before but now, of course, there are those that want to make money by just gesturing to investment boards. This does serve "someone" but it's NOT the customer/client/patient!”
