“Same advice as most reviews, doctor is fine, administration is the worst I have had to deal with. Paperwork isn't done on time, you can't reach anyone if you have time sensitive issue, anyone you get on the phone is unable to help. Last issue left me without meds for a week, wasted hours on phone and faxing instructions from insurance to them, it was basically impossible to get a person on the phone, they submitted it without following instructions to mark it urgent, kicker was at the end a manager called me on what seemed like his ride home, then just interrupted me and Mansplained why it wasn't their issue while he tried to read what was going on. If I had known what their office management was like I wouldn't have chosen them for sure. Lots of other reviews mention similar issues with the administration.”
