“I really wanted to like this place because my son was seeing Jessica Sipma for the past few months. He enjoyed time with her and was getting important skills to cope. He was scheduled to be seen biweekly, but when January rolled around I didn’t see any upcoming appointments so I called and they let me know even though my son had this scheduled care plan that was just signed by myself and the therapist in his last appointment, that no future appointments were scheduled and that they don’t have availability until the end of March. This is extremely frustrating considering we were under the impression the care plan was to go into effect and that we had important meetings coming up to discuss the follow through of said plan. The scheduling office had no solutions other than to schedule dates we clearly could not be available for or to just wait over 2 months to be seen. When we expressed our frustrations, the rep said the therapist would contact us to be put on her waitlist and to come up with a plan in the in between time. No calls, no follow up, nothing. My son has unfortunately experienced a lot of loss and inconsistency in his life. He began to form a bond with another adult he thought he could count on and now it’s just another person vanished from his life with no explanations thanks guys. Never thought I’d have more issues from taking my child to therapy”
